How to stay the course

I recently connected with Nu Form Movement – mindfully manufactured activewear apparel. As they ready for launch later this year, they asked me to write an article with 5 tips to stay the course on new journeys.

Lately I’ve been mesmerised by how often my personal journey overlaps with writing other people, platforms and brands are seeking. It feels good. Like I’m in the right place at the right time or something. Even if that place is home and the time is for a while longer at least. These five tips come from my ongoing search for working efficiently and sustainably in a way that lets me produce work I’m proud of sharing. Here’s a taste to convince you to click.

“Success is not guaranteed, it’s not linear and if you want to give yourself the best chance of reaching your goal, find joy in the journey. If you can find happiness in the ups and downs of your journey, you’ll be happier in the short term and reaching your goal will be even more rewarding. And if you don’t reach your goal, you’ve already won because you’ve enjoyed your time moving your body.“

Read the full article here and please share it with anyone you think would get something out of it.

Thanks for being here, thanks for reading me and good luck on your journey, I hope these tips help.
